I first heard This Mortal Coil singing “Song to the Siren” back in the 80s, and it was love at first hearing. Today, I found the original version with Tim Buckley. I still love Elizabeth Fraser’s voice in This Mortal Coil’s version, but I quite enjoy the simplicity of Buckley’s version here.
